In order to become actively involved in the case, investors who purchase securities during the class period and lost money as a result may apply to the court to become a lead plaintiff. A lead plaintiff is a class member appointed by the court to lead the litigation on behalf of all of the class members.
The first step in becoming a lead plaintiff is an analysis of the investors trading records for the relevant securities in order to determine their financial stake in the case. Once that analysis is performed, the firm and the investor will evaluate whether they wish to enter into our representation agreement and seek appointment by the court to lead the litigation.
