Can I file a claim if my family member died as a result of medical malpractice?

Video Description

There are a few things more unjustifiable or unfair than someone passing away due to medical malpractice. If your family member was a victim of medical malpractice, and they passed away as a result, their estate does have the right to file a civil lawsuit. And that lawsuit, what it would look like, is a lawsuit on behalf of the estate and also on behalf of what the person experienced during the time that they were alive due to the medical malpractice, so their pain and suffering both before, during, and after the medical malpractice.
