What should I know if my child is injured during child birth?

Video Description

The first thing you should know is that when a doctor is treating a patient for anything, they are required to act within the Standard of Care. And if they don't act within the Standard of Care during child birth, and there's an injury, you're entitled to bring a legal action against the doctor and the hospital for the damages that have occurred because of their actions. And part of the damages include the physical and the medical expenses that may be incurred into the future. You should also know that there are time limits when bringing a case like this.

So, if your child has been injured during child birth, it's important to contact an attorney to discuss your rights.
