What can I do if my child was bullied at school?

Video Description

A school has a duty to protect your child from bullying, and when they fail to meet their obligations and your child is the victim of bullying, you're entitled to bring a legal action against the school. And part of that legal action includes making claims for the psychological and the physical injuries that bullying often causes. It's also important to know that there are very strict time limits in terms of bringing these kinds of claims.

If your child has been the victim of bullying, it's important to contact an attorney right away to discuss the rights that you have.
