On July 8, 2011 Faruqi & Faruqi, along with co-counsel, filed a class action complaint against Citimortgage alleging it violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act by improperly foreclosing upon the homes of Veterans.  The parties are currently engaging in the initial phases of discovery.
