STOCK DROP: On Monday, October 13, 2025, Tvardi Therapeutics, Inc. saw its shares plummet over 80% after disappointing preliminary data from the Phase 2 REVERT clinical trial of TTI-101 in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The study was designed to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and exploratory outcomes related to lung function.
