Judge Hellerstein in Novartis $126.85 Anti-Trust Class Action Settlement Approves Distribution of Funds. Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, serves as Class Counsel.

On October 31, 2023, the Court overseeing the Exforge litigation granted direct purchaser plaintiffs’ motion for distribution of the net settlement funds. The Court previously issued an order granting final approval to the $126.85 million settlement between direct purchasers and Novartis. Faruqi & Faruqi served as counsel to the class of direct purchasers in this pay-for-delay antitrust case relating to Novartis’ hypertension medication, Exforge.
