Suboxone Settlement

On October 30, 2023, the Court overseeing the Suboxone Direct Purchaser Class litigation preliminarily approved a $385 million settlement, reached days before trial was scheduled to begin.  Faruqi and Faruqi are co-lead counsel for the Class, in this antitrust case involving allegations of monopolization and a product hop relating to the drug, Suboxone.  The Court has set a Final Fairness Hearing for February 27, 2024 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
