On March 26, 2021, United States District Court Judge Karen Spencer Marston of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP as sole lead counsel and its client Mr. Gerald Forsythe the individual member of its client the Investor Group, as sole Lead Plaintiff in Halman Aldubi Provident and Pension Funds, Ltd. v. Teva Pharmaceuticals Industries Limited et al., 20 Civ. 4660-KSM.
The Court determined that the Investor Group successfully rebutted the presumption that a competing movant with greater losses was the presumptive lead plaintiff under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
