Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP Secures Preliminary Approval of a $2,083,333.33 Settlement for Revolution Lighting Techs., Inc. Investors

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is pleased to announce that the Court has preliminarily approved a settlement in In re Revolution Lighting Techs., Inc., Securities Litigation, No. 1:19-cv-00980-JPO (S.D.N.Y.), a federal securities class action pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP serves as sole Lead Counsel in the action.  The settlement provides for a cash payment of $2,083,333.33 in exchange for, inter alia, the release of all claims alleged in the action.  A final approval hearing on the settlement is scheduled for August 11, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, NY 10007.  Notice will be sent to class members to advise them of their rights to participate in, object to, or seek exclusion from the settlement.  In the meantime, a copy of the Court’s order preliminarily approving the settlement can be found at the link below.  Please note that the Court may change the date and time of the final approval hearing without further notice to the Class.
