$1,500,000 Recovered for a Construction Worker on the eve of Trial
Reza Rezvani obtained a $1,500,000 settlement on behalf of a construction worker who was injured on a job site. Our client was working on a roof when he tripped on pieces of two by fours, which caused his right leg to go through a skylight. His other leg was still on the roof and prevented him from falling through. The owner and general contractor were legally responsible for the failure to remove the tripping hazard from the job site. Our client damaged the ligaments in both of his knees and herniated a disc in his lower back. F&F served as the trial attorneys on the case. Prior to F&F’s involvement in the case, the defendants made no offers to settle the matter.
