Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP announces that Christopher M. Lash has joined the firm in its Philadelphia office.  Mr. Lash joins the firm as an Associate.

 Mr. Lash focuses on shareholder derivative and securities litigation.  Prior to joining F&F, Mr. Lash was an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he advised clients on state and local tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, prospective planning, and tax controversy.
