On September 18, 2024, United States District Judge Matthew T. Schelp of the Eastern District of Missouri appointed Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, as sole lead counsel in Wilkinson v. Futurefuel Corp. et al, 4:24-cv-00881-MTS. According to the lawsuit, defendants throughout the Class Period made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose, among other things, that: (1) FutureFuel did not have adequate internal controls; (2) FutureFuel’s financial statements were misstated

The court-appointed lead plaintiff is the investor with the largest financial interest in the relief sought by the class who is adequate and typical of class members who directs and oversees the litigation on behalf of the putative class.
