Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, Lead Counsel, is pleased to announce that Lead Plaintiff, on behalf of himself and the proposed class, reached a settlement with defendants Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. (“Revolution Lighting”), Robert V. LaPenta, Charles J. Schafer, and James A. DePalma that provides for $2,083,333.33 in cash to be paid to the class. The proposed class consists of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired the publicly traded securities of Revolution Lighting between March 14, 2014 through November 14, 2018, inclusive, and were damaged thereby. Lead Plaintiff moved the court for preliminary approval of the settlement on March 20, 2020.
