Alex Hartzband’s practice is focused on employment litigation.  Alex is a Partner in the firm’s New York office.

Prior to joining F&F, Alex was an associate at a prominent New York firm where he represented employees on an individual and class basis on employment matters including, but not limited to:  discrimination; sexual harassment; whistleblower retaliation; and breach of contract.  As well during law school, Alex worked with a New York firm that represented labor unions and individual employees.  Alex was a member of Fordham Law’s Moot Court Board. 

Alex earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.  Alex earned his undergraduate degree from George Washington University (B.A., History).

Alex is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.  Further, Alex is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
