We often investigate fraud and other violations of the Federal securities laws on behalf of our clients but cannot obtain enough information because the corporate officers or directors, the underwriters or the accountants try to hide the fraud. If you have specific information about fraud being committed by a publicly traded company, we would like to know. Please identify, as best you can, the persons involved, documents or conversations relating to the fraud (i.e., internal memos or e-mail) , dates, time, and places. If you know the financial impact of the fraud or of insider selling of stock, let us know. We are also interested in corporate collusion in violation of the antitrust laws and product defects.
