Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is Investigating Parametric Technology Corporation on Behalf of its Shareholders (PMTC)

Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, a national law firm concentrating on investor rights, consumer rights and enforcement of federal antitrust laws, is investigating potential wrongdoing at Parametric Technology Corporation (“PMTC” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PMTC).  The investigation focuses on whether certain officers and directors of PMTC violated shareholder protection laws by causing or allowing the Company to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
